Just got credit report. Had sent a Cease and Desist certified letter to a law firm in New York that had been harrassing me at work. This Law Firm is not listed on my credit report. I have not received the signed copy back from post office as of yet. The 2 that are in collections are as Midland Creit and Sherman Acquistion. The SOL is up on this, but I know they can stay on credit for 7yrs I think.
Any Advice would be appreciated.
