If you were on active duty when the claim was filed, it should have NOT been paid but a statement sent to the Court that you were on active duty.

It is POSSIBLE that a simple dispute can get this off your report,as what may be reported may not be an ENTERED judgment (with a book and page #) but rather just the case # as filed.
