Capital One card that went past due in 1994 and was reaffirmed in 1996???? What does that mean. Make sure they have a judgement filed. Book and page numbers. Was this a default?
They are sleezy, I would hire an attorney and see what can be done about it. Are you aware that that 1800 has been accruing interest? They are going to rape you. www.naca.net.
