who owns the debt is the only one who can sue. the others may be assignees of the original. but it will originate from the owner. i think. lol. im still confused on explaining 3rd party while ago. LOL. CAs cant do squat..they can harass and recommend the OC to sue..or so they say..but a assigned CA cant do more than yell a lot. since their paycheck depends on getting money for the boss..the OC..and they make commission..they will do almost anything to get money. if im wrong..whychat or someone will correct me here. this is how i understand it, anyways. the owner of the debt can decide to sue and try to obtain money..a judgement..to satisfy the debt. the others are their waterboys..who yell and bs a lot and keep part of what you pay to shut them up. they are hired to do the dirty work but really have no teeth.
