Once there is a judgment, they don't need to validate. That's the problem with the NAF proceedings because they will not recognize an objection to arbitration as a valid defense. Once you have the arb judgment, the ca will have to get it recognized in a court to garnish your accounts. At this point, you can raise the objection to the arbitration defense to try and invalidate the award.
