Thanks for replying Cat. I feel so alone in this sometimes. We really don't have a need for a good credit report anymore - we're both disabled, getting older, etc. We struggle to pay for our necessities. Haven't charged anything for years, just trying to pay old debts and medical bills. With them doubling the interest rate, it doubles the payment. We can't pay double without going hungry or without medicine. We have tried so hard to do what is right and pay, but I feel abused by them. They have gotten their last payment from me - I am going to the grocery tomorrow and buy something really good to eat! I haven't forgotten what ice cream really tastes like ....YUM YUM
