I sent the DV to everyone including the court...I never had to file an appearance, it just said that if I wanted to dispute I could do so, or if I WASN't going to be able to appear to call the court.

I will call the court again Monday and see if there are any changes. My Notice of claim specifically said that the judge would only hear the case the 13th if it was undisputed. I am taking it that since it is disputed, and since the court also received my letter showing I dispute it
(i have the return receipt showing they received it on the 6th) that I should be entitled to have that court date at the very least be delayed--not to mention that Midland has not given any validation as of yet, but they just got their letter yesterday according to the return receipt.

Is there something more I should do?
