off the ranting. back to business. i am curious on the actual tax law on charge offs. what they receive..anyone? thanks in advance. i really am on this kick...once its CO and they get the tax thing..how they can still sue and say one owes the debt twice? seems wrong to me. and seems a angle i havent heard anyone talk about. im not sure one can collect or sue on something one has written off on taxes.
