W & A are notorious CA lawyers who sue to collect on these phony "awards" at the drop of a hat.

Your refusal of arbitration letter and validation request to them notified them that they had NO case.

A phony "arbitration award" is not an assignable account or collection.

The "new" CA is operating illegally by not furnishing you with proof of the BASIC defaulted account with MBNA that apparently was not even sold to them.

A CA is not allowed to have collection activity on an account that is not "real".

You would not be filing a "claim" you would be filing a COMPLAINT.

Whatever you send them, it doesn't matter UNLESS they are reporting, at that point you need a paper trail to prove they are in violation of the FDCPA, that is why I suggest you file your complaints with the FTC and your State AG office, and notify them that you have done so.
