Yes, I did but I haven't heard anything back yet. I did each thing you instructed a few days apart instead of all at once. And the thirty days allowed for the dispute will not be up until a few days after closing since our date has been pushed up to July 30th. I am pretty sure that it won't be resolved by then.
The company we're using seems really inflexible toward judgments. They have to be paid off period according to them. I will propose holding it in escrow. Would I include the amount of interest that has accrued or just the judgment amount?
