Hello,
I have a stupid question....... I had a credit card account charged off ages ago. It's been so long since I stopped paying on it I can't even remember. I'm sure the SOL has run out but can't prove it. Now a CA has been chasing after me. I called them and told them to stop harrassing me. How can I verify that the SOL has passed and how can I get the CA off my back? Any suggestions?
