yes, and it might be the answer, BUT, BUT they arent married. she may well be handing over land to someone..god forbid..who dumps her. i wouldnt do anything without asking legal advice..and be very careful and maybe get 2 or 3 opinions from lawyers. this is serious,complicated stuff your talking about doin..and not saying your guy isnt good or something..but the courts are full of things goin on without marriage. and thus without legal protection.(lol, no, im not pro-marriage at all) just wait ...ask one or 2 lawyers..proceed carefully. watch judge judy..lol. she hates cases of "i loved him" and then some lady got took bad. ounce of prevention, you know...not saying it will happen..but dont chance things. i wish you good luck and happiness:)
