yeah, i learned the hard way. the diff with parents or kids..is a tie there the courts might recognize somehow. a person ...boyfriend..fiancee..whatever..has no ties. not legally, not without a big court thing. judge judy has a cow over that kinda joint stuff with no ties...anyways..i only wanted her to be careful and not go out and call a$$hole accept or sign away her land a'la bad credit..without thinkin...is all..:) it could easily also look like concealing assets..to someone.
