first of all telling someone they will be arrested or that your comming to there job,is definately illegal,also using a "fake name" is illegal in new york state where i live....you people are so hostile....i dont have to break a law to get someones debt resolved because 8 out of 10 times i will allow someone to pay whatever they can untill they can do something better...i only used the $100as a example....i dont beleive you need to intimadat someone to get them to pay a bill...also from what i see the majority of time when a account is sent to a oca the original creditor hld it for almost a year..that gave the debtor a year to try and resolve it....then whhen they go to a oca they act like the creditor is horrible for sending them to it...these companys have a RIGHT to get paid if you used there credit...but most here seem to think that because they got into a bad finacial situation they should be forgiven of the debt...SO SORRY IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY
