If this is in regard to a credit bureau dispute - they supposedly don't have phones LOL. you have to fax your info (identifying iformation along with copies of your CR) to them. The fax number is 1.800.231.5089. they will tell you they have 30 business days to investigate (if you call their CSR dept) - not true!
