Your best bet for getting good credit score information is on the Credit forum of www.creditboards.com. But my guess is that you have one or more CLOSED revolving tradelines showing balances when they're really zeroed out. Look for something like that, then dispute it with the CRA.

But beware...if it's a charged-off tradeline, disputing will send the hounds after you.
