isnt someone who calls to scream or hang up like that--isnt that illegal use of a telephone? its not collecting..and i , for one, am tired of this abuse they use. someone on the street cant just walk up to me and start yelling..why can they? maybe we can all start reporting this to authorities besides FTC,,who dont give a rats behind. im quite sure..i cant call up kelly from nevada and scream at her repeatedly. i doubt cops would take kindly to that behavior. oh, they own my debt? i still think they cant do that. i dont care what they own. i think its a violation of telephone line rules. whatever its called.
