a few points to your logic. we do not think their horrible for sendin anyone to collections. what is horrible is being abused and having illegal tactics used by strangers.. we are all human, and no one deserves to be abused..threatened..for any action. ted bundy deserved good treatment. he was human, and altho he didnt give decent treatment to his victims..he nonetheless deserved it for himself. we all do.

it has taken us this long to recover from illness..9/11..and some things are permanent now. things none of your business. a year is nothing in this economy. yes, i signed a paper giving cap1 the right to screw me,. and i have learned the hard way now. but the bottom line is..i dont have the money. period. no screaming..threats..tantrum-throwing person is gonna create money for me. we are hostile because you are judging us and you have no clue about our lives. you are telling us how wrong we are without knowing who we are. no one will put up with that without being hostile in return. i dont tell you how to live your life..i dont know you from adam..and for me to tell you how to live would be ridiculous./ yet,, a stranger can come in..tell me he knows my life better than i do..and how wrong i am. hostile? think about it. you didnt come in here thinkin..man they must have it tough to not pay their obligations..(most, if not all, of us are very moral people who know what obligations are), you came in saying pay it or else. and we cant pay it. we dont have it. but what we can learn is..our rights under usa law. that anyone cant scream at us..or threaten us..or sue us on a time barred action. we know and are paying the consequences. and i feel pretty stupid most days. we dont need anyone telling us how stupid they think we were. no one made you God. these companies have no right at all to put such interest on accounts..to not recognize life happens to the best of us..even enron or martha stewart..nor the right to send someone to abuse us.

when you change that holier-than-thou thing you seem to have..life will be better for you. cause there but for the grace of God..goes i...remember that someday. watch throwing stones..your house may be glass too, someday. you dont see it..you dont get it..and had i come in this board judgin and telling everyone how bad they are and all...i woulda had the hostile thing too. ask why we are hostile to you. we have 1 CA here, who is my dear friend. not because of what he does for a living..but because of who he IS. and he isnt judgemental..he is a wonderful caring person who understands life is what you put in it.

we did try to resolve our debts. try it someday with cap1. they laugh at you. you dont know. quit thinkin you know it all. this is your justification on getting a paycheck , is all. someday your eyes will open. try worrying on a sick child, and having someone laugh at you when you tell them that. . try watching someone die and knowing you must buy their meds and quit your job to help them and then knowing that means a debt isnt paid. we choose whats important. people. caring. yes, i owe my debts. but i dont have the money. all your trying to make me feel worse..doesnt pay that debt. dont you see abuse doesnt get you want you want? dont you see you cant control the world by screaming? there is no way to force something that isnt there? someday it may be you in this seat. more than likely, it will be you in this seat. do you want to be yelled at? made to feel small? anyways....i give up. the best thing is not pay attention to you any longer. by responding you are getting what you want. i am only trying to get you to see another side of it. and im done trying.
