limited cease and desist?

since i sent a limited..very specific..cease and desist to 2 CAs,,they quit calling completely. do you think they are that illiterate or is there no such thing as a limited? did i cause them to not call at all? oops. whatever...its nice and quiet except for letters. course allianceone has a BBB complaint goin now on them..shoulda done that with triadvantage. duh. BBB seems to respond well and quickly.
