Can anyone help me understand this. I received a complaint served to me at my home. It is for a debt with Bank of America and represented by a law firm. I live in Alabama. When I pulled the law firm up on the internet, one of its clients is Frederick J. Hanna and not Bank of America. I did receive a letter from Frederick J. Hanna a few months back but heard nothing in several months. Any advice?
