Sending letters, especially the professional letters from Why Chat's web site probably discouraged them from calling. They really don't want to deal with anyone that is knowledgeable about debt collection. They would rather harass someone that they can intimidate and scare. They now know that you are savy to their menthods of collections. So, maybe they will move on when you do not respond to mail.
