Hi all, have an oddball ? here. I had a bunch of CC's and most all were delinquent (30 - 90 days). Went to CCCS (Genus at the time) and did the usual CCCS thing; I made payments to CCCS and they, as my agent???, made payments to my creditors. Here's my ?, for SOL purposes, when does my SOL begin? Is it my date of initial delinquency, or when I again became delinquent via no longer paying CCCS.
My contract with them states they are acting as my "agent" to make payments, isnt this in effect the same as me making a payment, or is it different?

Im dealing with a CC lawsuit right now with Asset Acceptance and this will likely be a major issue. I will most likely win on their lack of paperwork, but need some concrete answers here for a valid SOL defense (the one I asserted in my answer)

Taking all educated responses on this one.

Thanks for your help all :-)
