On the first page at the top it says Statement of Claim (Complaint) Plaintiff Bank of America and Defendant- Me. It states the county where I reside and state. The SOL has not run out. In Alabama it is 3 years and it has only been about 15 months. I have 30 days to answer this complaint. However, I am to mail my answer to the Plaintiff's attorney and not the court. Sounds odd.
