One other thing I just noticed is the last document attached dated April 6, 2004 is a copy of a form stating Order for Non-Filing of Civil Discovery. It states interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions and responses and notices for depositions shall not be filed with the court unless ordered by the court. It goes on to say that any discovery material will remain with the civil action file but will not be docketed. They must not want me to file a response with the court.
