Actually, I'm not "Debt Collector". I AM being
sued and I have asked a question on this board
about this suit before. Specifically about which
SOL to use in Missouri since whrn the debt was
taken out and charged off I lived in OH. I'm
looking for anything and everything I can use for
court. I just thought it was strange because they
only list the last four digits of my ss# on the
paperwork for the lawsuit. That and the repetitive
mispelling of my name, along with the two letters from them telling me to contact them to resolve this before the court date makes me think I have a chance at bluffing them to prove it is me and makes me wonder about what verification they have.
You know, the whole, make them prove it's me
theory. Whychat was very helpful before, I hope
someone can help me
