For those of us who are trying to get from under Cross Country Bank this may help you maneuver a bit. A rep told me that they update on the 3rd Tuesday of every month and it takes the CRA's about 30 days give or take a few to update their files. This may help those of us who are trying to get from under. Also they have what's called an "Accomodation Program" for deliquent accounts. They will suspend overlimit fees and late fees and lower interest (only a few points) as long as you make the required payments on time. They will report the account as current (so they say) I only have about $400 more to go to get rid of these clowns!
