i would sit tight on the SOL ones..you cant be made to pay them unless they file suit and you ignore it and they get a default judgement. most of the debts sound old..i would sit it out. BKing old debts like this..would not help you. just my 2 cents* its up to you. careful settling..or the rest will simply be sold again and you will have more after you. if their CO,,a paid wont help your credit any. if your debts are that old..i would wait it out.
