Please explain your statement. Basically, if they are aware the SOL has run, then they are aware that there is no longer a valid, legalyl enforceable debt.

Therefore, they are attempting to collect a debt that is not legally valid or owed. Therefore, they are in violation of the Federal Statute and the TX statute.
