a few ideas..you cease and desisting them , then said communicate with you in writing. take out the first line. dispute with the agencies if they are out of date and past the 7 years. i would remind them reporting any incorrect info is also illegal. interesting slant on the collecting tho! i like that idea. ..7 years ran out before the CO, btw. good luck! always watch and make sure they dont try to sue on it..:)hopefully they arent even bonded and you got them there, also. hi from a fellow texan. :)
