Back in April I sent a letter to a CA to validate a debt. Never heard from them until today when I received an opt out form to be filled out and returned to them. They were trying to collect on a debt that was charged on in June, 1998. I live in PA and the SOL is four years. Any suggestions on what the CA is trying to do? Incidentially, I opt'd out back March, 2003. Thanks for any info
