I got one of these from OptiCard. They were representing Discover Card. It was such a joke - pay them $500 and they'd give you maybe $100 credit, something like that. I didn't do anything with it and about 2 months later I got a letter saying saying "...in accordance with our agreement.." from same place. They'll make an agreement out of nothing.
