check each CA and make sure their bonded here to collect. sounds like sears no longer owns it. sherman is just passing it around. they do that. lay low. if your served ...fight the suit. dont pay them nothing. they bought it for pennies. wont do any good to talk to a CA. good luck fellow texan:)
