have no idea. Maybe someone else will have some thoughts on it. DON'T SEND IT BACK. Maybe they are looking for some info. What kind of info is this thing asking for? That's an old debt and the older the debt gets the less it's worth and when it comes to these bottom feeders. they truly are sleezy. They have absolutely no regard for the FDCPA or anything else.
