Your letter is interesting, however you have not really accomplished your goal of getting them to stop all contact with you, since you did not use the term "this is not a refusal to pay etc. etc."

Since all you are doing is telling them that they are "illegally" attempting collection activity, (which is not quite accurate, as there is NO case law in Tx that would support any possible action against them for collection activities that do not include threats of legal action or violations of the reporting rules)

A collection letter that does not specify a threat of legal action is not, legally actionable under the FDCPA, and unless they have re-aged and illegally reported on your credit reports, there is nothing illegal about their activities.

I suggest you opt out to prevent any further "garbage collection agencies" from bothering you, and save yourself from Northland reselling this account by using the SOL letter from my website, instead of the one you have posted.
