I have the same problem only the CA is calling my parents who don't even have the same last name as me. We don't even live in the same state yet they call them BEFORE they even attempt to call me if they call me at all. When I get the number I call for the address & then send a cease & desist letter. This works for a month or 2, then they'll transfer the file to a different CA and it starts over. You'd think the morons could open the file & see the phone number from the last CA.
