i totally 100 % agree w ladynred , DO NOT open up a can of worms up thats a dead issue as far legal recources are concerned .. this has LONG ago pasted the states SOL so legally you own those crooks nothing years after the fact .. of course the good deed would be to pay off the check thats a no brainer but years later like now it would only hurt you NOT at all help you in ANYWAY PERIOD .. these are lowlife debt buyers that i bet paid less than 5 dollars for this 190 check , their goal is to make money & thats all .. send them the SOL letter as lady says becouse their nothing more than common lowlife crooks no better than a mugger in a dark alley .. just my opinion so goodluck , kel .......
