PAST DUE 30-60-90

Mt credit score is so so so bad. 403!!!! I need a new car and dealers are just laughing at me. I didn't mean for it to happen it just did. ANYWAY, I have old and current accounts on there that are reporting bad because I have "past due" either 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days, and even some 120 days one two and 3 times. (Long Story) How long untill that Past Due stuff falls off? And what date do they go by?
