My attorney did mine. I just gave him a list with the creditors with the addresses on the CR. They are the addresses he used. There were a few that did not show addresses on the CR, and he seemed to have addresses for them. Since he does Bk, exclusively, maybe he has Creditor and CA addresses on file. I would say to use the address showing on the CR.
