Thank you Let me start over. Way back in 1996 I had loan from Associates with a disability insurance clause and was hurt on the job back in 1998. Associates was told about it and we had forgot all about sence then. I am still disabled. We just got a call today from Midland Credit saying they just bought the loan and want there money I told them about the insurance clause and they said tuff luck and want there money. I did a credit check and the show up as a new opened account as of 5-1-04 indefault. I have no account with them. What would be the SOL on an account like this 1. Thanks for your time.
