just my opinion but you have a better chance at hitting both the florida AND california lotteries both at once WITHOUT even having a ticket than a chance at winning any scam arbitration expecially with those crook attornies W & A outta maryland involved but like i say just my opinion .. honestly dont know all the answers to your questions but far as what can they do once they win , well depends , what state are you in now , what state were you in when you applied for this im guessing creditcard AND do you currently own a home or rent ?? arbitration is a scam that the creditors win 99.5 % of the time so honestly again in my opinion i dont really think it matters if you show up or not & personally if me depending on how you answer a few of the questions i asked i wouldnt waste my time in showing up becouse you wont win no matter what .. well goodluck , kelly .....
