Keep after the AG. CA's act like criminals because, well, they are criminals. Criminals don't like scrutiny. CA now knows they're of interest to the AG. They may just go away. Or, like criminals under surveillance, do stupid things, hanging themselves and giving you the opportuniy to sue them.
