Associates Financial is a finance company. Yes it is a written contract. Last payment was in 8-97.
From what I understand the ins. company did not pay anything.
I was hurt in July on 98
It was a joint account with my wife and myself.
Looking at my credit report Assocites Financial does not even show up on it anymore. Nor does it show up on my wifes only a new account by Midland and 1 old from S&P capital (ca) for the same account whom never even called me.
