my daughter in law was a Ca in NJ for one month. thought she could help others..she is very outgoin..and she was pressured terribly..she refused to do anything illegal, said you listen to people screaming constantly, and she quit in a month. commission..yes, they get them. they have a script they follow..they are told the law and exactly how to get past it or what is allowed by the bosses..it has a huge turnover rate and most will move from company to company..most are abusers..insecure..control freaks...and im glad she couldnt do it. she told me most all that went on...from the classes they given to the bosses orders.
