I got knocked online by AOL and had to sign back on and got a different number. So I take it, the number is assigned by the ISP at sign on and the number is temporary. Right? I really don't understand how the numbers work or what they mean. At least with law and tax code, it is written down so I can usually figure it out, but these numbers.....I ain't even close to getting it!
