Jamaican Cell Phone
Rasta Man Cell Phone through digiFlex, yes that is what its called! It turns out to be a CA in Jamaica, don't know which one, using a Cell Phone for collections. I called to conferm, they wouldn't tell me much beyond that it was a business cell phone. It ran out of minutes, or was shut off the day after I called it.
