Their ripping us off by not making full disclosure! Then they go in and use a Arbitration clause and a Arbitration Forum that is truly biased and is supported by the Banking Industry. Their a real nice bunch of people aren't they? Why don't you go take a 10 minute break and dial someone up on the phone and get your jollies.
