i agree collectors do laugh at people for going to ccs' also a oca doesnt have to work with a ccs unless the ccs sends the oca power of attorney....there have been alot of ccs companys investigated and brought up on charges due to fraudelent practices....my advise is to deal with one bill at a time,also if a collector screams at ya or trys to beat u up over the phone hang up on them theres no need for that...i personally find that the more you try to help a debtor the more they try to get the bill resolved
