Please turn off the caps. Sherman is a bad debt buyer. They usually buy old debt which is passed the SOL. One of your old creditors sold your account to them.
I would not advise even talking to these people, but by law they have five days, after initial phone call to send a letter. The letter should disclose the original creditor.
