That is absolutely not true Debt Collector. These companies do look at your credit report. I opted out. Since opting out, I have gotten no offers. However, before opting out, Capital One and Citibank were perusing my file monthly. How do I know? I pulled my credit report and it shows the dates of inquiry. They are a real nosy bunch aren't they?
