The response I got was being called stupid, a cheat, a liar, and told that the CA had me by the balls and it didn't matter WHOSE account it was to begin with, it was mine now, I had missed the validation period. So we are now in court and the plaintiff's attorney is on the run, she knows I have her by the short hairs. Thing is, if that damn CA would have done a little research, none of this would be necessary. This lawsuit is costing both sides time and money, and it is all for nothing.
